What are the structural characteristics of spherical roller bearings?

Spherical roller bearings are equipped with spherical rollers between the spherical raceway outer ring and the double raceway inner ring. Since the arc center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the center of the bearing, it has self-aligning performance, so it can automatically adjust the axis misalignment caused by deflection or non-concentricity of the shaft or housing. Can withstand radial load and bidirectional axial load. In particular, it has a large radial load capacity and is suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads. Bearings with tapered bores can be easily installed and removed from the shaft through the use of fasteners or withdrawal sleeves.

Conical holes have the following two tapers:

1:30 (auxiliary code: K30); suitable for 24000 and 24100 series.

1:12 (auxiliary code: K); suitable for other series.

Bearings with tapered holes are mainly fixed on the shaft through adapter sleeves or disassembly sleeves.

Under normal load and working conditions, the spherical roller bearing is allowed to have the angular deviation given in the table when the inner ring rotates. Whether this given value can be fully achieved depends on the axis. Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, which are mainly used to bear radial loads and can also bear axial loads in any direction. This type of bearing has high radial load capacity and is especially suitable for heavy or vibration load operations, but cannot bear pure axial load; it has good alignment performance and can compensate for coaxiality errors.
