Spherical roller bearings have a variety of structural types. In addition to the general open bearings, we can also provide customers with closed structures with seals on both sides. The seals are divided into contact type or non-contact type (low friction) according to the contact form.
Bearings with seals on both sides are filled with grease before leaving the factory. The grease filling amount is generally 25% to 35% of the effective space in the bearing. If the customer has special requirements, other types of grease can be filled or the filling amount can be adjusted. Bearings with seals on both sides should not be cleaned or heated above 80℃ during installation, otherwise, it is easy to damage the bearing or cause the grease to deteriorate and lose. Bearings with seals can maintain their proper working performance within the ambient temperature range of 30℃ to +100℃.
Under normal working conditions, sealed spherical roller bearings do not need to be relubricated with grease. However, when the load is large, the speed is high, and the temperature is greater than +70°C, the grease should be relubricated through the lubrication grooves and lubrication holes set on the outer ring after a certain period of use.
The spherical roller bearings with sealing devices have reduced spherical performance.
